i've found a holy pro ans to settle "yuanyuan"
ban any moron who tag as "yuanyuan"
& rmb to change it to FOREVER.
& after u done that, delete the msg.

if that retarded person comes & tag again
just repeat the step.
though their IP might change daily,
we wudden have a problem
cos the ip is in a cycle.
000.000.00.(1-5)
once all the numbers 1-5 is banned
they wudden be able to tag :D
